1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "polo4d", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the polo4d online gaming platform, operated at https://polo4d.cam.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the polo4d platform.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player to access polo4d services.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a Player's polo4d account, including any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by polo4d subject to wagering requirements and validity conditions.
• "Real Money Balance" — deposited funds held in a Player's account, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity verification process required for all polo4d accounts.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, promotions, and platform features made available through polo4d.
• "IDR / Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all polo4d transactions are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which accessing online gaming services is legally prohibited under applicable law.
• "Togel" — togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), one of the game categories offered on polo4d.

2 Eligibility

Access to polo4d and the use of any of its Services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active polo4d account.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You are accessing polo4d from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously been excluded from polo4d or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion request or a company-initiated account closure.
5. You are not acting on behalf of another person, nor are you using the Service in a professional capacity for the purpose of systematic advantage-taking.
6. You do not hold an employment relationship with polo4d or any of its affiliated entities, or with a supplier whose business activities create a material conflict of interest.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) polo4d account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. polo4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes immediate grounds for account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. polo4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are compromised remains your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified polo4d of a suspected breach.

3.4 Account Transfer

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to any third party. Allowing a third party to access or operate your account is a breach of these Terms.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

polo4d is committed to operating a secure platform and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.

4.1 Required Documents

• National Identity Card (KTP): A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP alongside your face, with both clearly visible.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions is registered in your name.
• Proof of Address (if required): A utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.

4.2 Processing Time

polo4d aims to process all KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) business hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will receive notification by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

polo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation from any Player at any time, including — but not limited to — source-of-funds evidence for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

polo4d accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100, 000.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 200,000,000 across all transactions.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB).
• Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be queued and processed from 07:00 WIB the following day.
• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified polo4d account.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on polo4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). polo4d does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees incurred by a Player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.4 Transaction Verification

polo4d reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any deposit or withdrawal that triggers our fraud detection systems pending further investigation. Players will be notified promptly and provided with a clear explanation of any documents required to release the hold.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by polo4d are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements and validity conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following standard wagering requirements apply:

• Welcome bonuses: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Reload bonuses: minimum wagering requirement of eight (8) times the bonus amount.
• Free-spin or free-bet credits: winnings derived from free credits must be wagered a minimum of five (5) times.
• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonuses expire at the end of this period.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• polo4d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already accepted a bonus retain the right to fulfill associated wagering requirements under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses awarded in error must be returned and will be deducted from a Player's balance regardless of whether they have been wagered.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on polo4d — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted those rules. polo4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.

7.2 Mix Parlay

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more selections are void (e.g., a match is abandoned), those selections are removed and the remaining accumulator continues. Minimum selections for a mix parlay are two (2).

7.3 Togel

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are determined by officially published lottery draw outcomes from the designated draw organizers. polo4d bears no responsibility for any discrepancy between a Player's interpretation of draw results and the official outcome. All togel bets are final once confirmed.

7.4 Live Casino

Live casino game outcomes are final once the game round has closed and results have been confirmed by the dealer or the system. Bets placed after a game round has closed will be voided. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, polo4d will use game logs to determine the appropriate outcome or void the round at its discretion.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed for each market and game at the time of play. polo4d reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any account without prior notice, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or systematic advantage-taking.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on polo4d and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating more than one (1) account, either personally or in collaboration with others.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without express written consent from polo4d.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using polo4d as a vehicle to transfer, conceal, or legitimize illicitly obtained funds.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name or that belongs to a third party.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing polo4d staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the polo4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of polo4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the polo4d platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any polo4d content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on polo4d content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any polo4d software component.
• Use polo4d branding, trademarks, or logos in any commercial or promotional context.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, polo4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if polo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where polo4d has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside polo4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, internet disruptions, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy or completeness of any third-party game content, odds data, or sports statistics displayed on the platform.

In no event shall polo4d's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

polo4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, polo4d collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, fulfill KYC obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of our data practices, your rights, and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

polo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time-outs to manage your play duration.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from polo4d for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals during play.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by polo4d

polo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• A chargebacks or disputed transaction filed against a polo4d deposit.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your polo4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, polo4d will process any remaining verified Real Money Balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding disputes.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by polo4d or by the Player — any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited in full. Real Money Balances are returned to the Player unless the closure was the result of a breach of these Terms, in which case polo4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

polo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, polo4d will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of polo4d following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.

The most recent version of these Terms & Conditions supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version became effective.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which polo4d holds its operating license.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and polo4d, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved within 48–72 hours through our internal resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to polo4d's compliance team for formal review.

15.3 Language

These Terms are drafted and governed in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not have legal effect. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
